The Invincible Army of Christ Healthcare Sharing Ministries contributions, referred to here as "shares," are not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes.

This organization is incorporated and registered as a nonprofit entity under the laws of the State of Missouri, USA. An application for federal tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code is currently being initiated. However, recognition of 501(c)(3) non profit status has not yet been granted by the IRS. 

All contributions to this organization are made on a strictly voluntary basis. By making a donation, you acknowledge and accept that, should 501(c)(3) status be approved in the future, donations (excluding shares) may become eligible for tax-deductible treatment as charitable contributions, subject to applicable IRS rules and limitations. At no time will shares qualify as tax-deductible, regardless of any future changes in tax-exempt status.
